At The Supplier Suite, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors with the best possible service we can offer. That's why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Supplier experience. Please read all policies prior to booking your next appointment.

 

 

Deposits

A Non-Refundable/Non-Transferrable Deposit is required for booking, no exceptions; your deposit goes toward your service. If you cancel your appointment your deposit becomes your cancellation fee.

 

 

Late Arrivals

Please show up to your appointment on time. If you are running late, text or send an email to your stylist with your estimated arrival time. There is a 15 minute grace period, after that your appointment is cancelled.

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Under no circumstances will your deposit be refunded or used to reschedule, so please book accordingly. For all cancellations made within 48 hours to your appointment date, 50% of your remaining balance will automatically be charged to your card. For all same day cancellations and no-shows, 100% of your remaining balance will automatically be charged to your card & you will be banned from receiving future services.​ Once you have cancelled your original appointment, you will be able to reschedule using a new deposit.
